Well, after months of transcript trouble, I finally found out yesterday I've been accepted into a graphic design program that begins in January. So excited. Nervous, as well, but after years of debate, I feel like I'm heading to the right place. Here's to new chapters. :)

Trying sooo hard to get accustomed to my tablet. Everyone says once you've adjusted to it, you'll wonder how you ever went without... Wonder if that's really true. :P Perhaps some of us are better suited to good 'ol paper/pencil. We shall see!

After immigrating to Canada, I really wasn't sure how long it would take me to feel comfortable enough to go back to school. It's taken almost two years, but I've finally settled in, and found a school very much to my liking. I went to an open house a few weeks ago and was able to speak with the graphic design professor, as well as a few second-year students. It filled me with a ton of confidence, and I'm glad I went. I have SO much I need to teach myself before I can even begin my portfolio, though, but I'm certainly having fun in the process. I guess that's how you know you might've picked the right career path. =P We'll see. I'm not en
